Well despite all the complaints about officiating that was an afternoon and evening of some cracking NRL. Great stuff.

It was a good game to watch (credit to all involved in the prep), taking into account the deck had been carved up by a circus of combat sport the day before too. Credit to the grounds staff. Still can not help but feel the Reds have another couple of gears to move up. Sitting in fourth gear still. And I don’t mean speed and attack. I mean complete rugby 80 minute (plus) stuff. Time for them to move to 5th gear.

You might want to apply the same principle to all players then. Thought you were suggesting we look at all players pre-NRL indiscretions. Many current origin players (qld and nsw) be interesting stories. So in summary, you are talking a little BS.

Have suggested this before Mirt. Court proceedings by their very nature are retrospective. If this is the way we want to go have the footy judge sit and judge. Bring a jury into it and you will really court controversy. Pardon the pun.

Knights are atrocious. Titans had a few calls not go their way. Hudson Young a standout again. Justifies his selection in NSW and Kangaroos last year. Provides so much as a ball running forward. I have been around on these forums in more ways than one long enough to remember when people were trying to tell me Creighton does not play 10 (despite me seeing him do so for many years in Brisbane). One notable commenter even suggested I must have have been watching his brother because this bloke is not a 10. A little bit of knowledge can be dangerous. Lawson has always been a 10, despite trying to crack SR from every other spot they would offer. If I am Tahs I do not let him go. He can play 10 to 15. Of course.
