Most teams have nothing to play for, going by last round the crowds would have to be down further this time. There was no TV viewing numbers last week as no one was watching and i say the same thing goes this week too, until the finals that is.

Wellington use to bring in a extra $150,000 to the FA from SkySports for the ALM TV rights in NZ, Where as SkySports paid the NRL just over $1m for the Warriors games and NRL rights. Now with Auckland in the fold and Nix women’s side in the ALW the APL would want a lot more then the pissy offering SkySports paid a few years ago. Some people were suggesting that Wellington and Auckland should live of the TV money from SkySports and not have any of the money from Paramount Australia. It makes sense but it would mean both clubs would only get around $500k a season to run the club but the Australia clubs would get around $3m to live off.
Are the Western Sydney Wanderers now genuine title contenders?
Its combined with the Wallabies etc however they only have 4 Super Rugby clubs which get around $8m a season. Meanwhile ALM clubs are only getting $500k a season because of the APL debt. Back in the later Foxtel days clubs where getting $3.5m a season.

$250m over 4 years is way better then what the APL get for the A-Leagues. APL need at least $300m over 4 years.
