SO Schmidt will coach their last test for this year, then do whatever behind the scenes work is needed and usually done in the first half of 2026, then hand over to Kiss.
I assume lots of dialogue between them int he 6-9 months leading up to that, but they have worked together closely before.
Not aa bad solution, I have to say, all things considered. Smooth changeover, financially ok, keeps systems going.
