NRL Round 10 Talking Points: The best 15 minutes of 2025 ... and the Raider who'll be having 'nightmares for weeks'
I think it comes down to poor coaching and management. He should have gotten himself right long ago. Playing with injuries just creates more injuries.

It’s like they have actively trying to anger/put off people in Perth

The best defence is keeping the ball. That is why I hate the notion that defence wins titles. It lulls people into thinking you can tackle/defend you way to wins. You cant. Defending should be all about getting the ball back

If Hunt is injured then it is down to Mahoney or Tommy D for the bench spot. Not sure which yet, assuming Grant is all good

😁
Turbo can barely move. It would not shock me to see him medically retire when he is 30

Panthers should have lost that game by a lot. The Cows errors were a big reason why Penrith looked like scoring

I am thankful Qld never got to face a fully fit Turbo playing fullback

Hammer has to be the fullback, he is easily our best fullback. Howarth is out for the season I believe so just pick the best defensive centre to replace Hammer

The team wouldn’t be selected in time for the next indian tour which obviously would leed to another selection meeting, annoyed at being interrupted several times with calls about pesky Tests being played
Aussie selectors will be continuing comedy of errors if they convert Marnus into an opener
I was listening to the ABC briefly, enough to catch Andrew Moore lecturing a few texters who had the temerity to complain about North Sydney seeming to be the only focus of the new team. He lectured them on how PVL picked them because of the big fan base, lectured them on they will be playing in Perth, then proceeded to call them Norths 😂 😂
Well it would be funny if not depressingly predictable
Considering it was shoulder charges that kicked the NRL ‘crackdown’ into gear, it’s curious once more to see what’s going on.
Same with the play the ball. These crack does make it so much harder to fix issues. They’re like a parent who threatens no ice cream but gives in after 2 mins
Oh and the Broncs are terrible and getting worse

These lists are never accurate, like Mozer who might be not signed yet.
More interesting from a Broncs perspective on who we can sign for the second row, outside backs and back up play makers.

I don’t think Martin and To’o were ever the best in their positions. Maybe To’o for a brief period

Sure, but all his drops let the Panther have far more opportunities to attack the right side than they should have

Great game from the Cows and Penrith but the Cows should have won that easily. Derby alone handed at least three easy chances to Penrith, one directly. I don’t want to jump on the guy but his errors alone resulted in a lot of Penriths points

Not for a very long time. Given the current generation respond even less well than previous generations I am baffled that we let an Origin win confuse them. There is a reason Wayne is still in demand.
To be clear, he is not doing what Ciraldo has done. No clear changes other than more running in pre-season. Outside of Walsh(all the cramping in previous seasons had me thinking he wasn’t fit enough) we were fit enough to reach a GF. It is more team work issues and resilience that need to be solved.
Brutal blow for Broncos, Maroons as Hunt confirms 'not in the picture' for Origin
2023 we were fantastic, defended our mistakes, played unstructured attain football of the back of Walsh with loads of offloads. They can d it, just needs to be brought to of them.
